Poco (meaning little in Spanish) is a monthly magazine for 18-25-year-old females, which highlights the ins and outs of small businesses run by women.

Poco began as an idea that was triggered by my experience within the small business community. During the first lockdown in 2020, I started a small business called Bloom By Grace where I hand-make and sell toiletry bags. I noticed a community of female makers on Instagram who had a devoted following who were eager to learn more about the people behind their favourite small brands. This inspired the concept for Poco.

Poco is not just a business magazine or a craft magazine, it is a maker’s magazine. No other magazine exclusively highlights female makers who run small businesses. It provides a visually enticing platform that allows businesses to grow whilst educating those who want to be on the same level.

After posting a flick through of the mag on Tik Tok and marketing it on my social media, Poco has currently sold over 100 copies.
